Small Jobs:
Any job under 30 minutes: design updates, content updates, software and plug in updates, adding images and videos. These are examples of small jobs! If you need larger projects done just contact us!
Blog Formatting and Scheduling:
Send us a word doc with pictures, and we will format it into a well-crafted article, and schedule it’s posting!
Regular Backups:
In the unlikely event of unforeseen circumstances, we will have a very recent backup ready to use! Backups can be deployed same business day.

Will you support more than one site?
Yes. Please note that our monthly support plans are just for the one website. If you have multiple sites, please sign up for a plan for each site.

Are there limits to the tasks LaunchGo will do?
We will cover tasks under 30 minute tasks as part of your monthly package. Any fix or project over 30 minutes, is not included in your monthly membership. However, larger projects can still certainly be taken care of for you, at our membership rate.
I’m not sure if my job is a small job, what do I do?
If it feels like a small job, just sign up and we will do our best to fix it for you. If we can’t, we will give you a full refund. If you want to check before you signup, send us a message through Facebook by clicking the “Message Us” button on the bottom right of the screen.
Do you offer a money back guarantee?
Yes. If you’re not 100% satisfied with our service in the first 30 days, we will refund your subscription.
How long does a task take to complete?
We complete tasks generally within 1-3 business days.. If you request a task over the weekend, we will take care of it on Monday morning unless we deem it to be urgent. If it’s urgent, we’ll get you squared away over the weekend.
Do I need a monthly membership to get help?
You can either sign up for unlimited monthly jobs, or just order a single one off job. You can make your choice on the signup page here.

I’m thinking about signing up… when will you solve my problem?
The LaunchGo team will start working on solving your problem on the same business day you sign up. We have to check your details and activate your account first. Once that is complete, you can submit your first job.
Do I have to commit to a contract on the monthly plans?
No. Our monthly service is billed using a recurring monthly subscription. There are no contracts to sign, setup fees or cancellation fees. Our customers retain us every month because we provide amazing support.
Can you help if my site has been hacked?
Yes for monthly customers only assuming the fixes are all considered small fixes. If you are a business plan customer we will work around the clock for no additional charge to fix the site. This is part of our professional security guarantee.
What does 24/7 support mean?
Most jobs are completed Monday to Friday, during business hours. We monitor incoming tasks over the weekend, so if there’s an urgent issue we can call in a LaunchGo team member for extra help.
I have a web agency and I want to white label your service. Can you help?
Unfortunately, we don’t white label our service at this time, but it may be a future offering! If you would be interested in this sort of program, send us a note!
